Jen was drawn to naturopathic medicine from feeling the frustrations with her own health. Being told her blood work was all normal but felt something was off. Naturopathic Medicine was the missing link. During her undergrad she learned about naturopathic medicine and decided this was the best career path for her. She believes individuals should have the time to learn about their health and ask questions from their health care provider so they can develop the skills to have long term healing.

During her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her pup, going for hikes with friends, doing yoga, rollerblading or figure skating in the winter.

She enjoys reading books and listening to podcasts about health and self healing. Fascinated by the human experience and the mind/body/spirit connection, she is a life long learner.
